No haven't heard that, just saw that Monaco Coach which owns Bison, made a deal to use the Dodge Logo on travel trailers, 5th wheels and toy haulers this fall. Where did you hear about Winnibego? Featherlite does make RV toy haulers.

Winnebago is purchasing UTC and Featherlite and another company in Oregon called Thurobuilt. I hear their plans are to move all horse trailer production to the Featherlite plant in Cresco, IA (close proximity to Winnego plant) and move the Haulmark-Duncan, OK plant into the Exiss/Sooner plant. They supposedly already have a contract to sell the Haulmark plant in Duncan to Halliburton. The Thurobuilt business is being purchased to give the Haulmark side of the business a place to manufacture in Oregon.
