From Your location, LB's is the closest dealer. If they don't have it, you might try calling the Sundowner customer service 800 number. The hinge may be riveted to the trailer and screwed to the door. If so, I'd recommend getting the three stainless steel pop rivets from Sundowner too. It's a countersunk head. If you use an aluminum rivet. it'll get loose with a little use.
I'll guess you broke the bottom hinge pushing the door into the rubber catch ..?? That how we did it.

Hi Thanks for your help! You are right! It was windy and the door slammed. Ithink the rubber door catch contributed to it breaking too. The trailer is in Stokesdale. Please email me privately, I really could use your help and ideas on how to remedy it. It is "screwed" in and the Phillips head is worn down from someone not installing correctly.
