I am starting the hunt for my first LQ. I am looking for a 2 horse slant load with relatively small LQ (will be just me and a couple of Corgis). It will be my first GN as well and I will typically be traveling alone 7-10 hrs at a time to shows. Quality is very important to me . There are so many different brands and every dealer basically says their brands are best. I would love to hear from others as to recommendations from a quality perspective. I am likely going to purchase new. Thx!

Few of the trailer mfgrs actually do their own interiors.  So you really have 2 choices, the trailer and then the interior.  Adam is one company that does their own interiors and they do quality work.  Trailers are likewise quality.

Choosing the right LQ trailer can be a big decision, especially with so many options available. Since quality is your top priority and you’re looking for a 2-horse slant load with a small LQ, it's great to hear you’re considering new options. For quality recommendations, you might want to check out brands like Sundowner, Exiss, or Merhow, as they have strong reputations for durability and craftsmanship. Additionally, reviews from other trailer owners and advice from trusted dealers can provide valuable insights. It’s also a good idea to visit trailer shows or dealerships to see the options in person and get a feel for the build quality. Best of luck with your search!

Best advice I was given when we bought our first LQ is to get an extra stall. If you have two horses, get a three horse trailer with a stud wall. The extra stall is needed to hall hay, coolers, chairs, etc. We call our extra stall the "mud room".
