I have a Coleman HWD that doesn't charge the battery up anymore. Does anyone know how to work on these or if there is something I can do myself to fix this? They won't work unless the battery is fully charged.

I did replace the battery and it ran 2 times. The low battery light came on and I plugged it in. The recharging light was on but when I unplug it the green light does not come on and the battery is not charged.

You might want to check the connections, as well as if the battery is fully charging. Mine takes a long time to re-charge...like 24hrs or so. Good luck. We get spoiled with our hot water, don't we?
