It appears to be related to the floor boards. According to a contact with the company, as the floorboards get older warping/stretching causes cracking. I've had it 5 1/2 years, most of that in Utah, it's been stored outside and is used maybe twice a month. Seems worse on the side the horse rides. Of course, I'm not close to any dealer at this point.Any experience with this would be helpful.Thanks.

Here's a thread from January discussing repairs to WERM and I questioned one poster about WERM on wood floors.... I just don't think that would hold up too good, seems to me the wood "moves" too much, unless the WERM material is squished down between the planks....... I also have WERM installed over wood. It was installed over 1/4'' plywood. I am having no problems with it and I know other people that have had no problems over wood. I have had mine for almost 4 years. It sounds to me like your installer may have put it over the planks instead of a solid surface. WERM is just like any other floor, if the subfloor and prep work is not properly done, it is not a problem with the material but more of a problem with the installation.
