This truck has ALOT of steel underneath(it's a tank). Lt package/no diesel but has tow switch. My question is will it haul a four horse aluminum skinned trailer with ten foot living quarters OK? I'm thinking I might be borderlined with this. Not sure. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, it could haul it.
Whether or not it would be safe and/or legal - depends.
You will need to know (at least), all the GVxxx ratings, payload and the hitch weight of the loaded trailer. Any ONE parameter over the limit could get you ticketed and put out of service, i.e. you would have to leave the trailer there until some content is unloaded or a bigger truck is brought to move it.
Please see other topics on this, hitch weight vs payload is what usually disqualifies the 3/4 trucks with the bigger trailers. Remember that hitch weight is just about ALL carried by the rear axle (and rear tires, of which you have TWO).

I was reading the Tx laws on this and they said if there is livestock in the trailer you would be allowed to continue to your destination. With lots of tickets I'm sure. Of course that probally depends on HOW over weight you are.

If it is early morning, home is 5 miles behind you and the event (your "destination") is 100 miles ahead of you, I'd guess they just MIGHT tell you to change your plan. Turn around and continue to your new destination (-:
I think the O/P is in Michigan, laws and their enforcement vary by locale.
