Hi All,We just got back from Zenith, at Big South Fork, and it was great. All of us loved it and will be returning.

Okay, I guess this is Charlotte's subtle way of telling me to get my pics posted.  So, here you are.

The camp was very nice and clean.  The bath house had the best showers we have had anywhere...good pressure and lots of hot water!  Although you do want to wear your shower shoes because the matts were ouchy on your feet.

They had a nice barn, or you could picket your horses right behind your trailer.

There were several nice water crossings

There were some downed trees from the ice storm last winter...but not as many as here at home!

We were unable to ride to the old railroad because the amount of rain had made the river unsafe to cross.  Guess we'll just have to go back next year!

We did ride out to the double arch.  It was really cool!

To get down under the arch, you had to go down a really steep hill.  Everyone braved it but me...I left my mare on top and walked down.  Yeah, I'm a big chicken.  Took this pic of Dwight coming down.  You can see how far he is laid back in the saddle.  Still, the pic does not really show the steepness.

Of course, no camping trip would be complete without a hearty meal.  We used the community kitchen one night due to rain.  But there's nothing like pork chops over an open fire.  YUMMM!!!

As Charlotte said, it was a great time and we would definitely like to go back...just not in the rainy season!
