Just came in from checking the smoker out back. The brisket and the turkey are just about done and the smell is just heavenly! That buzzard might not make it to the Christmas table whole! There might be a slice or two missing before morning!

That sounds really good. I've always wanted a smoker. Enjoy, we are having a honey ham with a brown sugar glaze with mashed potatoes with a bit of sweetened condensed milk and home made butter. And rolls, can't forget those.
