Tom, Thank you so much for your words on a M2 Sport Chassis....this is what I have been waiting for in this thread.....someone who has one & uses one every weekend with the family.....I think I heard you speak of safety two or three times in your post....Not sure if you all have figured it out, but I sell Sport Chassis trucks & we are about to get in IH 4400 series trucks with Western Hauler packages in them......the feedback that has been coming thru has been good, but Tom's comments really hit home......wife,kids,safety,comfort...all the things I have been looking for.... I bet the wife likes the turning radius of the M2.......flat out turn any truck on the market...hands down. Now we need someone who has a IH 4400  crew cab hauler to chime in !!!!!!!!!!   Thanks again Tom.....HAPPY SPORT CHASSIS'N !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tom...I totally agree with you. The M2 is a joy to drive. The visibilty is wonderful. I can step out of the truck after 8 to 10 hours on the road and not feel too exhausted to unload. So I do not feel one bit guilty for spending my hubby's hard earned money and grown childrens FUTURE inheritance on the safest and most comfortable horse trailer hauling truck on the road. Afterall, what would they do without Mom?

HBar W...was that rude comment you just made addressed to me???

I sure hope not since I am NOT a dealer nor am I trying to sell anyone my truck!

But if you would like a meduim class truck, you can contact Jeff @ Trucks & Trailers Unlimited. He carries the M2,IH, and the GM 4500. I have bought my last 3 trucks from him and have been very pleased with his truck knowledge.

bushycreekranch - see above.

HWBar was not referring to you.

3yrHitch2Bumper finally admitted he was a dealer.

Of course, he is a dealer.  Just look at his user name. Let's see what trailer companies really promote their 3 year hitch to bumper warranty????   I bet he would make you a good deal on a Sundowner too.

I don't mind him being a dealer. He didn't make me buy anything nor did he misinform me. I do think it would have been better to be up front with his original post though.

I don't mind him being a dealer either but, now he is dogging the brands that he don't sell (see 4500 thread) by using product talking points from the brands he does sell. I have admitted many times on this site that I am a salesman (heavy equipment) I bet nobody on this site can tell me what brands of equipment I sell, and it will stay that way. The forum should be a place where individuals can help other individuals with first hand product info. If you are a dealer and you have info to add about the product lines that you sell then please chime in and help people out (see Don's post from Dixie Horse and Mule) He never tries to sell anything on this site but let someone have a question or problem with an Exiss trailer and he jumps in to help. But when folks are on here dogging Exiss he nevers gets involved. That's the way it should be. We may disagree on alot of things but a snake is a snake and this guy couldn't make a good doormat for a guy like Don. By the way I don't know Don have never bought anything from Don and am not endorsing anyone, just calling it from experience with this board.

I agree and another example of a dealer who gives good advice is Mr. Trailer. Mr. Truck gives excellent advise too on a variety of issues. We are lucky to have people like them on this forum.

Zita.....have I done anything wrong to you...expecially when we talked on the phone??? NO.No, you didn't and that's why I said that you gave me info but didn't MAKE me buy anything. I caught on right away that you were a dealer, before you e-mailed me. I think some people on here would have prefered that you identified yourself as a dealer at the beginning of this thread. It would not have mattered that much to me because I do my homework too before I make a purchase, but it helps to know the motivations of the poster.
