Tough situation, but you have a lot of options and some suggestions here on the site have been very creative and interesting as well.  There is one more that I would like to offer; have you thought about rolling the horse trailer and your home mortgage together?  That is, if you have equity in a home?  We did something like that earlier this year.  We had a mortgage that was about to go adjustable and we waited to get a good rate and get it done before our fixed expired.  My wife worked the numbers over really hard and figured out that rolling our lq 3h into the mortgage and paying it off would actually save us money on our payments.  No brainer.  Did it.  Happy.
