Thanks to Mr. Truck for giving me the heads up last week on this merger story. I was on vacation watching 14 year boys playing baseball in Cooperstown, NY and then in Oneonta, NY. Awesome country. Great time.

Very interesting story. Dubin & Clark Company, the majority owner of Universal Trailer apparently has quite a track record: CompUSA, Classic Party Rentals, B&M Performance Products.
