I am looking for a trailer for a draft cross. Also, what is the upkeep for an aluminum trailer?(it will not be parked in a shed)

It sounds like you're starting from scratch. It would serve you well to read back through a few pages of this board, as well as searching for something like "used aluminum trailer" and also for "Sooner". As far as care goes, I know it needs to be acid washed (truck stops have this) but that's all I know.

Depending on the condition, and wear, you are looking at anywhere from about 8500 to 11K I believe.Depends also on if it has a rear tack, dressing room, and the trailer dimensions.Be sure it is wide enough for your horse.
Just acid wash it yourself periodically if it isn't going to be kept inside.
Good luck! We just missed a sale on a nice 4H all aluminum Sooner that we sure would have liked having.
