I have a 6' bed truck, my new used trailer has a straight nose goose. I am looking to purchase a Pop-Up extension that goes on the trailer receiver. Any thoughts?

Buy the extension that mounts to the truck, not the trailer.  The one that mounts to the trailer does nothing for you when you're turned @ almost 90deg.

Some brands may not have this option, however.  B&W is one brand that I know of that has an extension for the hitch.  I don't see how it could work with a Pop-up or other brands.
