I think I have found the cause of my fusterations!!!  I was on my trailer roof today to paint it with a motorhome roof paint and I noticed that a lot of the weld points have little holes that are rusting.   The roof sheet metal is spot welded to the supports and I have been trying to figure out why some of the supports had water/rust on them.  Now I know so maybe now I can stop the leaks!!   And here I've been killing myself trying to figure out which seam was leaking.

I don't know the name off hand, but it is actually made for mobile home roofs.  I don't know if it is rubber, but it is REALLY thick.  I used a paint brush to do it (took forever) so I could make sure there were no thin places.   I figured it will work until I can get the trailer in and have it repainted.  After that I was thinking of getting the rubber roof membrane that they use on RV's put on.   Now I just have to get it wired to a battery, and set up for an A/C!!

As long as it doesn't "rain" on me at night while I'm using it to move we'll be ok.  I figure I've already got a truck and 20 ft trailer w/sleeper, why rent a moving truck and pay for a hotel room?  I'm gonna have to make probally 3 (one with horses) trips but it will still come out cheaper than renting a truck, paying for gas and hotel.
