i am looking for a trailer, i have been looking at a trailer that just has a dressing room, would i be better off to get a trailer with living quarters or try to fix that one like i want it?

Welcome to the boards! If you're okay with just the dressing room, maybe start off that way and slowly take your time adding a LQ. Or, what we've done, is buy a trailer with partial LQ done (AC, water tank, micro, etc) and finished it ourselves. It's all personal preference. I will say that I love having water. I have an outside spigot for the horses and a sink inside for me!
