Location: South Central OK		Call you local tax office and ask for the procedures.  You might ask for a duplicate title and then go the standard route.  If you've already bought the trailer you may findout that you are in a world of paperwork troubles.   If you are wanting to sell the trailer get the title mess out of the way first, then sell the trailer with proper title.  Good luck, it won't be easy!
