My trailer has a 2 burner Suburban Coooktop, we don't use it so it just sits there taking up counter space and collecting dust.  I would like to put a cover on it and don't want to spend a bunch of money.  I have been looking on eBay and wondering if tops are specific to a brand or do they screw into the counter behind the stove and just need fit the stove that I have?

Camping World has some stove top covers:

I have the universal hardwood one that turns to stovetop into a hardwood counter top. Clips onto the grate covering the burners. Works great.

If you don't have the tools to make one, purchase a butcher block cutting board of the appropriate size, add some rubber feet and you're set.
