I recently learned of a place in the NW Arkansas NE Oklahoma area called Spavinaw Western Ways.  They advertise primitive camping and over 1000 acres of riding.  Has anyone been there?

I have not heard of the place, but 1000 acres is not much riding. If the land is square that is only 5 miles to ride the entire perimeter.

One of the local state parks we ride in is 10,000 acres. A trip around it's perimeter is just over 24 miles, and some of that riding is outside the park.

Unless their is more land attached, 1000 acres is pretty small in terms of trails to ride.

By comparison one of the parks we ride is Gallatin National Park. It is 1.8 million acres.

Yellowstone national is 2.2 million acres.
