I have used the Nutrena Glow product.  It is made from Stablized bran. So it keeps much longer than just buying bran oil or rice bran.  You can usually find coupons for it.  It seems like once  a year I get a coupon for buy 1 get 1.  So I buy a couple of bags and feed it on days that I'm on really long or tiring rides.  It doesn't give the sugar high that grain products, and yet it gives the energy to last.

Speaking of cold,the high here in Arkansas today was 23.Friday,I believe the high reached 67 here where we live.DANG!
