I suggest a phone call to animal control...........maybe that will wake up the no good horse owners to do something, or they'll prob. wait until they wander out into a road and a car hits them, and then they'll get sued. There are laws pertaining to the fencing of livestock. You may also want to call the Bearue of Livestock ID in your area, they can enforce laws like that too.................With Sherriff, brand inspectors, Hiway Patrol and Animal Control, wandering livestock in our area is to a minimum.
