Wanting to know if anyone has tried the Equine Koozie? with trail riding? My big gelding loves water, but sometimes on the trail I can't find a stream to sponge him off when he gets really hot. Product claims to be able to ride in it for 6 hours and help cool your horse. Anyone tried it? Thanks.

It looks like the Cool Medics type of thing. I have the CM vest for myself and LOVE it! It cools your core through evaporative cooling and makes me a happy rider even in hot, hot weather. I wonder how much that little bit would help your horse, though...And how is it attached to the horse? Will it get heavy and rub? If you're willing to give it a try($$), please let us know what you think after you've had it a while.
