on a 3horse slant stock, with large front dressing/tack area.inside the tack area it gets so darn hot,and if i mounted a rack on top wouldn't it get just as hot sitting out in the sun.what do you guys do with yours, and does it get hot?

I actually have 3, but only one is mounted. It's mounted in the rear tack area (don't know if you have one or not) behind my saddle rack. It's out of the way and I have it set up so it can be filled and drained from the outside of the trailer. http://todd.redwrench.com/Shell.htm#WaterTank
The other 2 are portable and are made from 15 gal containers that I carry in the bed of my truck that I can take and have refilled if need be.
