Hi,

  I want to sell my Hawk 1997 2 horse trailer, no dressing room, in excellent condition, regularly maintained.

  I would like to know the fair market value for this trailer. If location matters, I am in Southern NH.

  Your help will be greatly appreciated.

On something that age I'd do a search on this website's classifieds and see if you can find any comparable trailers, and what they are listed and/or selling for.  There is no "Book Value" on a trailer that age.
