Well, we (finally) worked on the ceiling.  We did use the soffit stuff, since one of our major worries was the curves coming down off the ceiling into the walls.  The soffit bent around it and looks great!  We split the ceiling in half putting up j channel right above the drop wall and then on the slant wall.  We will have another j channel on the very front.  It was pretty easy, even working around the a/c  and we had to cut holes out for the lights.  We probably worked on it a total of 4 hours, and part of that was re-routing a few of the wires.

My camera had a dead battery, but I will try to get some pics soon!

 Sounds like you had a much easier time than I did! Great job, hope to see some pics soon. Mine is almost done, the entire tack area, small things here around the house are preventing me from finishing the corner with the shelving, hopefully today!
