Anyone here running any trailers or equipment off of a diesel generator? I am more looking at some opinions on the 6500-7000 size generators. Noise levels, what brands you like, etc.

I know Kipor makes a "quiet" diesel generator in that power range. They are just a bit more than I wanted to spend and a bit more noisier than I wanted... but still very reasonable on price. The specs say they reach 70dB at full load. http://www.kipor.com/prouducts_detail.asp?info_id=407
