I have a 2004 Exiss XT414LQ with the 14ft Sierra Lariat package. I am looking for an owners manual and the electric schematic for it. Does anyone have information to help me?

Sorry- but don't believe you'll find those. When the trailer was new, Sierra would have placed each individual manual in a folder or such for the owner. Most manufacturers, especially back then, didn't have an actual owner's manual themselves.
Electrical- I can't speak for Sierra specifically, but in general there usually isn't such thing as a "wiring diagram" for an LQ. Remember, these are hand crafted units and each will be a bit unique depending on how it was ordered.
