Why is the paneling warping in my DIY LQ? I insulated between the supports with ridgid foam insulation and paneled over, screwing at the top and bottom and using paneling adhesive at the seams and all the supports.

Most paneling has a finished side and a rough side. The finished side will absorb less moisture than the rough, unsealed side. This will cause the backside to expand more than the front and causes warping. Before any sheet paneling is installed in a LQ, the rough side should be treated with a coat of paint, varnish or almost any type of finish, to seal the rougher, bare wood.
