My black water waste tank drain pipe is seperating from the tank. It is a black plastic tank and the drain pipe is black plastic. What can I use to seal it up and be strong enough to last several years?

Unless the tank is Polyethelene, I've had good results roughing up the surface with coarse sandpaper and JB Weld epoxy smeared all over.

If it is Poly, use a hot melt glue gun. I would support the outlet because the hot melt isn't very strong structually
