Was wanting to know if the Double D Trailer owners our happy with their trailers. If so why are you happy and of course if your not please tell what you don't like about the trailer. It is impossible to find any where I live and it is a long drive to find out they are not well built.

Hello, we have a brand new Double D trailer. This trailer was built for us. They were very accomadating and we e-mailed back and forth for several months and they even sent me the plans before it was built. The people in the living quarters department even called with questions such as " what do you expect to see when looking at this wall". Overall we are very happy with this trailer and find it to be an excellent value for the money. There are a few cosmetic things such as a little more weld spatter than I would like to see in a few places but maybe I'm just picky. We have the plywood lining in the horse compartment and it is perfectly adequate but to do it over I would spring for the rubber lining. The trailer pulls great and the horses are very quiet in it. Living quarters is flawless. They were fully 5K less with everything we wanted vs. other brands. hope this helps.
