Subject: Rust repair - Need welding, Do I go to

a trailer repair shop or an auto body shop.   The rust is a section about 12 inches by 3 inches.   I tried grinding it down and put some bondo on it but the rust is coming through. 

The spot is near the front window directly in front of the door where the head of the horse goes so it is in a very visible spot.

I don't know if a trailer repair place will make it look like new or whether an auto body place would be better.

Any good welder with a MIG set up could install a new piece of skin
