Will be purchasing 4 star 2H GN straightload with 5' DR. Trailer will be 7'6''Hx7'Wx16'(box-nose is 7'6").WGT roughly 4500# empty. Stock axles 3500lbs with 15" tires. Will add A/C now and possibile partial self installed LQ in future. Normally haul one 1100# horse and less than 500# equipment/hay,etc.. Truck is Ford F250SD diesel extended cab 6' box,3.73. Do I need to upgrade the axles to 5200# (with 16" tires) ?
should i upgrade 4 star axle?
