Subject: changing from utillity bed

My daughter just got a truck, really nice dually(chevy duramax) But it has a Utillity bed w/gastank on it. Looks like a electric repairman!! She wants to switch it to a flat bed. What's worth more? Should she try to sell the bed or see if a dealer will swap it. Need someone around NE OK. Thanks!

If it's a good utility bed then it's probably worth more. Just really depends on what you are comparing it to. A used flatbed can sometimes be had fairly cheap if you have the time to look around for it.... there's one here on craigslist for $750..... looks like it just needs to be painted.
