I am looking for a list of all the horse trailer manufacturers that offer a V nose gooseneck. Informal replies of "I own X brand with a V nose" would be just fine! So far, all I know about is Logan Coach.

Thanks!

Sundowner is a v nose.  But you might widen your search to include a tapered nose like the Exiss.  The whole idea is to allow the truck to turn tighter by having the trailer narrow at the contact point...

You guessed my reason for looking at V nose trailers. I have a Logan Coach now with a shortbox and can do 90 degree plus turns and don't want to give that up. I'll give up space in the nose for maneuverability. So am limiting my choices to V nose not tapered.

I had a 2000 Charmac with a V nose. I hated it. Trying to camp with 2 people up there made it very cramped quarters.

My Titan Classic I has a slight taper that leads into a cut-off V, the front is flat, about 20" wide. You can see a picture that gives you an idea on their website. http://www.titantrailer.com/horse/horse_gooseneck.htm

There is lots of room to turn with my 1500HD, 6.5' box. Just for kicks, I cranked it to better than 90 degrees (the angle between the truck and trailer was acute) and checked the clearance. I still had 4" between the trailer and the truck. More clearance than I hope to ever need, but it is nice to know it is there.

I'd have to make up some diagrams to prove it, but just thinking about it, I believe that the taper gives me more clearance than a simple V would.

I have a "95 Logan and love the nose, it was a pain in the butt thought putting paneling up in that area inside. I believe Trails West has a v nose, I know the older models do.....

4-Star, EBY, Gore, Jamco - that I've come across recently.
Probably everyone else as well.
