OK...one more update.  The original owner came on Saturday and took the horse home.  She drove 10 hours to get to my house.  I miss him a bunch.

Well, now is the time to get all of your documentation of expenses that you have incurred, for YOUR lawsuit against the person that sold YOU the horse...

Ive red the five pages on this topic been a horse owner myself i feel so sad for saddelbredlover no matter what the outcum the horse wont forget you for the kindness you have shown to it in the five months you were together
