We are just purchasing a new trailer and need some insurance I did contact the one that is listed on the site but they have to have it all up front and we really would like to pay it out even if it winds up a bit higher we might be able to in a few months pay the rest off but now is just not a great time. I also have a quote from the people we are dealing with but they seem really high they were 200 over the other quote but we could make payments....ANYWAYS does anyone here have any great ideas or carriers for trailer insurance I sure would like a point in the right direction 4

THey did not want to take on the trailer too and we were actually about to change providers we are not real pleased with them anyways. and some of the other regular car insurance providers didnt act like they were to happy about taking it on...maybe if we switched our vehicles over then the trailer?!? But we have to have the insurance before we can bring the trailer we just bought today home!!

I have had Allstate for 15 years, and they have insured every trailer I ever had. They just rebuilt my entire LQ last year due to mine being ruined from water damage, and my premium didn't even go up, as a matter of fact it went down this year.

Oh my wow...thanks I havent tried them yet cant believe I didnt think of them being my dad (used to long ago!!) and most his family works for them for disaster insurance! I will try them here shortly. Thanks again!

goodness what a deal!! I did try and call the 800 number and they were gonna call local agents but she accidently hung up on me... oh well I tried callin some local but had to leave messages so hopefully they will call back soon...we arent picking the trailer up till tomorrow after they detail it anyways but it sure would be nice to get it all finished asap!!!

Farmers Group will do it also, I have my LQ. and my bumper pull on with my truck. If you have all your stuff with the same carrier they seem to do better. House , cars etc.

I recently changed my trailer insurance to Creelman Insurance, who has an ad on this site. 888-303-1400. I recently changed auto insurance, and the cost to carry the trailer w/ the new carrier was too high. Creelman was comparable to my trailer coverage with Geico, but w/ more features.
