I am looking at a bumper pull trailer with living quarters and read in Equus that living quarters cant be put in them. This one has it from the factory and I am concerned about the handling. Does anyone have one? Suggestion?

I am not sure if you are asking about a specific model?  However, I saw that Lakota has them.  But if you research a little deeper you will find that there is a trailer aid for heavy tongue weights that actually has wheels.  I can not imaging the amount of weight a LQ BP puts on the truck is going to be good.  And when we were looking for our LQ I was nervous about the trail aid with the wheels.

Good luck just make sure your vehicle can handle the tongue weight.

I have a one ton dually with sway bars and such on my truck (I am a woman bare with me)that is designed to distribute the weight of the trailer and the truck. This a a great trailer but I don't want to get blown off the road either!

Correct the Sway bars control the roll in the rear end.

Good choice.

When it comes to hauling horses bigger is better!

reading slower.

Now if you are talking about the iron bars that go from the hitch to the trailer and are suspended by chains.  That is a weight distribution hitch.  Also very important on a BP.  That lessons your tongue weight.

yes this hitch is big and it has the bars. So all is sounding good sir? I have a 1974 Winnebago (Don't laugh) now that I haul the trailer to the campground with! Now that is a sight to behold!
