How much run time are some of you getting off a tank of fuel running your A/C? My EF3000iSEB Yamaha would run my 13,500 Coleman Mach for 13-14 hours depending on how often it cycled. I kept up with run time for PM reasons, it ran a total of 82 hours for the show/weekend. It burned about 4 gallons of 87 octane during the 13-14 hour hard run. From 11:00 am to about 8:30 pm it never backed off. A/C compressor was running non stop, outside temp was 92 degrees at noon that day with no shade. After 8:30 pm the outside temp dropped enough for the compressor to start kicking on and off. Inside temp was in the 72-76 degrees range. Was wondering how the 3000 watt Honda's and the Kipor gensets were doing on fuel. Show grounds wanted $25.00 per day for three days($75.00). I used about $42.00 for generator gas and got to park near my stalls instead of 1/4 mile across the show grounds, where the 30amp hook-ups are.

My Kipor 3500ti has used 7 gallons of gas on a 3 day weekend in Texas running non stop starting from Friday afternoon at 3:00pm to Sunday afternoon at 3:00pm running my A/C microwave (on very small occasions) and my fridge. Temps were pretty warm (can't recall what they were) At $2.80 at gal that's $19.60. I was quite impressed. Used for a 4 day weekend (Memorial day) in Missouri and used the same amount of fuel only because I had shut the gen off during the night (we were parked really tight to others) Warm and humid that weekend. I've been quite satisfied with fuel consumption from my Kipor 3500Ti

I bought mine from Ebay but the company I bought it from is in Florida. It's called http://www.boats.net You can also get them from many RV dealers now. Do a search on google and you'll find plenty of places to purchase it from. Boats.net wants $1094.00 and they have a 2 year free preplacement warrenty. That's why picked them.

Sure wish everyone ran camping generators like you all (and myself) do. Nothing worse then some camping neighbor running a commercial generator in the woods. And have you ever noticed that when they do, they put the commercial generators behind their trailers so they can't hear it but you can.

I have to admit that after I've been kept up for several nights I have gotten up and turned off the "neighbours" generator. Earlier in the day I heard them say they were out of gas in the can, they thought the generator ran out of gas overnight.
