What's "ae" ?
The speed limit for towing a trailer is either the posted speed limit or common sense. A vehicle towing a trailer is less capable in the areas of braking, turning, stability, and acceleration. Common sense and experience with your rig will tell you what your trailer speed limit is.

Age limits???...if you do not have a graduated license, i.e. which include the assorted limitations, such as not driving at night, or not having too many passengers, you can tow a trailer unless you get into the commercial side of the game...

I remember the chart that you are talking about. I think Paul was the one that posted it, or a link to it. The discussion at the time was lengths and two trailers hooked together. I don't remember seeing anything on age restrictions though.
