Hey there-  After going through alot of research to get my darn trailer I can say I am very happy with it.  However.... it has a plank alum. floor that has been coated on the top (horse area).  The planks allow the urine to drain as my horse feels it her job to pee in it almost every time so I've seen the design in action.

Question is- if the floor is coated and drains well, what further maintenace should I be doing aside from power washing it a few times a year.  It has mats and shavings as well but obviously some urine is hitting the floor- possibly in a non-treated area underneath via seepage.

Also, someone in another post mentioned cleaning underneath the floor.  Is a good spray with the hose enough?  Or do I need to scrub?

The trailer is used 2X/week throughout the year-  I like the floor system alot- makes sense but don't want to be too carefree about it or get to the point where I wish I had gotten rumber!

Thanks all!
