Just a note to those interested. We recently replaced our Dometic 110v/propane absorption refrigerator that came with our trailer for a new Dometic 12-volt only compressor model. Gained 2 cubic feet more storage. Also replaced the "boat" batteries for AGM batteries and had the battery tray strengthened to support the extra weight. First trip was from Arkansas to Custer, South Dakota. Refrigerator preformed flawlessly! Really love the upgrade!
