Electrike in Pokémon TCG Pocket is tied to the Slowpoke Drop Event, where it shows up as a promo card in a special Promo Pack B series instead of the usual booster packs. This version is the P-B 043 promo and was only available during a limited event window from April 9, 2026 to April 19, 2026.

The main way to get Electrike is by playing Solo Battles during the event and opening the Promo Packs you earn from them Pokemon TCG Pocket Cards. In other words, you don't pull it from standard packs—you have to earn event rewards and hope it drops from the promo pack itself. Once the event ends, that's typically the only route players have.

To improve your chances while the event is active, it's usually best to focus on the harder Solo Battles. Expert difficulty in particular is often recommended because it guarantees a promo pack reward, making it the most consistent way to farm Electrike specifically. That matters a lot in Drop Events, since progression is tied more to battle rewards than to luck in normal openings.

Electrike itself is a Basic Lightning-type promo card with 60 HP and the attack Reckless Charge, which deals 30 damage but also does 10 damage to itself. It's not a complex card, but it works as a simple early-game attacker, and some deck guides mention it as a decent piece for Manectric-focused builds.

If you're trying to complete the event set, it also helps to play through the missions alongside battles. These Drop Events often give extra rewards like Event Hourglasses and Shop Tickets for completing tasks, so even if Electrike doesn't drop right away, you still get something useful from repeated runs.

One thing to keep in mind is that promo cards like this usually don't enter the normal card pool afterward. Once the event is over, they're generally not available in standard packs, and depending on the game's rules, they may not be tradable either. That's why timing is important—if you miss the window, you often just have to wait for a rerun or future distribution Pokemon TCG Pocket Items for sale.

In practice, the best approach is straightforward: join the Slowpoke Drop Event while it's live, focus on Solo Battles, aim for Expert difficulty when you can handle it, and keep opening promo packs until Electrike shows up.
