I have some questions about the roof on a 2014 Hart trailer.
1. Do those roofs have tendency to leak over time?
2. are they prone to hail causing damage and leaking?
3. is their insulation value better than buying a different brand and having the roof insulated? (such as 4 star, platinum brand)

I've had 6 Hart trailers over the last 25 years. Never had a leak anywhere. IF they sit outside, the chaulking will need replaced in 12-15 years they say but I've never have had one that long. One year, I did hear, Hart had some bad fiberglass panels but they all recalled/warrentied them. I believe they delaminated and was early 2000s???? Could be wrong on that but ? I've had tennis size hail hit the fiberglass roof and no issues. Did do 4k damage to wall skin. So, Hart roof is way more hail resistant than most others. Yes. Have had insulated roofs on other trailers and, IMO, Hart is best insulation hands down. Cimarron has the same roof, but, the one we had, had some structural issues and went back to Hart. They also seem more quite than most. The only complaints are costs (do get back on resale), and they are on the heavier side.
