I'm trailering my horse from Kansas City to Fort Collins Colorado. I have a two horse straight load bumper pull trailer. Sometimes I take the divider out when are trailering around town and like an hour away. I am wondering If I should keep the divider in or take it out?? I am open to suggestions.

I suggest you leave it in.
If nothing else it offers support for the horse to lean against and not have to stumble around when you take long curly highway on/off ramps.
I think they doze on the longer trips and getting a sudden wake up if you do a quick lane change could lead to some inexpected weight shifting.
I admit, part of this is for MY sense of security as well as the horse's.

Oh Yeah, leave the divider in on the long haul. Horses really need something to lean on. Not as bad in a straight load but still would leave them in.....
