I have found a 1998 4 Horse Sundowner Horizon with LQ for $14,000.00. Can anyone tell me anything about the Horizon model. It seems as though their giving it away for that. Apparently it's financial. If anyone can comment on the Sundowner Horizon I would greatly appreciate it. My husband and I haven't seen the trailer yet. We will be scheduling a day for next weekend if not this weekend.

Thank You
Jo Anne

The Horizon was a great steel trailer. In '98, the steel was galvanealed (sp?), the floor was treated CCA wood, and painted with a Sikkens paint. Heavy, but a very durable trailer. If it suits your needs, you won't find much any tougher.

Thank You for your in put. My husband and I went and looked at the trailer Friday night. The guy didn't know what he had. If we had known it was just a 4" short wall, we wouldn't have bothered to look. The trailer was very nice though. I left him a list of about 25-30 questions so if he gets another call hopefully he'll have a little better idea of what different people might be looking for in a trailer. Thanks again.
