I used this 'leather look' paneling from Menards. It flexible enough to bend to match the roof and they have a matching spray to paint the pvc H joints between panels.
It looks real f
Good and has held up very well.

I was searching for this exact same thing and saw this post. So I looked up the closest menards to me- Missouri! I googled American Pacific and the factory is just over an hour away from me and in the same town I compete with my horses in all the time (Next Monday even). I called to see if there were any local dealers and sadly there are none. But they do allow walk in purchases so I am in luck!  Just an FYI- this factory is in Holly Springs, MS. I was going to do the faux tin route too until I saw a bad installation picture in a trailer. I'm still considering a leather printed fabric so it is a toss up right now.

I like the FRP they put on the walls of bathrooms, it comes in texture and smooth.  It is white, and it is impervious to water so if you have a little leak it does not need to be replaced.

I used the FRP panels that House recommended. The only issue is they droop a bit. I fastened them directly to the aluminum roof bows. I too am anticipating a future leak so didn't want any wood lathe or supports in the ceiling. I did use SS screws since the roof bows are not insulated. The cold makes the screw heads sweat. But hasn't been a real problem.
