Have a 2007 Trails West with a finished tack room (paneled/insulated/AC) and wired for 12V/120V.  I'd like to make it into a weekend package with fridge/micro/water.  Any ideas about what fridge to go with?  Problems with overheating/not enough air circulation?  Thanks!

If you are adding an electric fridge, an apartment type only needs a little clearance around the sides and back for ventilation. If you are installing a gas/electric, you need outside ventilation panels specific to your installation.

Many of the apartment types are made by Sanyo and are rebadged by many retailers.

Just to add to what gard mentioned. Air flow in the RV, ammonia evaporation type, is critical. Upper and lower venting is needed. The trailer walls will need to be headered off for the sidewalls vents. Can be a big job in a finished trailer. Depending on the size and location, maybe you only need the lower sidewall vent, and can go through the roof for the upper vent. Still big job in a finished trailer.

So if you put in a ELECTRIC type only in as long as you leave space around for ventilation you would not need to have it vented outside - correct?
