I have been buying from Schneiders since the early 80's and have never had any problems at all. If I orderd something I didn't like, they always refunded my money without a problem. I even helped Stan out in a Ebay knockoff Billy Royal saddle scam. My blanket and sheet purchases from them have lasted many many years. I still have superquilts in use that were originally purchased back in 1985! Stan is a fair person to deal with so if you have a problem, maybe he is totally unaware of it. Schneiders or SStack.com has a very good track record with most of the QH crowd.

I purchased a Jr.bellyband blanket from them.I only had it on my filly twice, and, she didnt cause any damage to it whatsoever,I looked it over carefully.I machine washed it as the directions on the label said.

The back binding ripped and tore a big chunck out of the back of the blanket. The blanket didn't have a guarantee,so,they wouldn't replace it or allow me credit towards a more expensive blanket which I really wanted.I have one of their Storm Shield TeknoFleece blankets that is excellent.Anyway, they DID offer to repair it and waive the $30 charge, which,I wouldn't have paid anyway because the blanket was only $50,so,guess I shouldn't be griping about it.I just had a hard time getting anything out of them over the phone, until yesterday, and, they are as slow as Christmas.IMO.

I have used them since I first became aquainted with them at the Congress in 77.  Have used them for several show saddles, bits, halters, bridles, sheets, blankets, and stable supplies over all the years.  Have had very good luck with their products...still have 2 Billy Royal's from the early 80's  (will dark oil ever come back?!  Like the quality of their equipment by and large.

I exclusively buy my blankets and sheets from them. Even returned one that was too big with no problems. Guess it just depends on if you get a customer service rep that is experienced or a newbie. I have a sheet on order with them that is backordered so well see if it comes in at the beginning of April like the rep stated to me.
