Looking to have a LQ done in the next few months. I'm in western KY. Looking for referrals of folks who do quality work for a reasonable price. There is a company that I found on here that I really like, as they seem to do nice work without breaking the bank, but I can't get them to return my call. Any suggestions?

If they won't return your call when you are trying to GIVE them money, what do you think will happen when you call them for follow-up repair work needs to be done???

There are several companies in central IN around Elkhart. We visited Showtime, Harmer and Cutter. Sierra has interiors of different pricing depending on your level of appointments.
The costs will vary depending on your wish list. Make one out when you shop so you will be comparing apple to apples. It's an intimidating process ordering an interior. There are many variables, it's like building a house.
As Paul stated, do you really want to do business with a company that won't communicate?
A query on the internet will supply you with a long list of companies, some are listed here at HTW.

I am good at negotating, and enforcing, contracts (having established that I am woefully deficient regarding tire changing I need to establish some credibility before I post again)! It is possible for one message to become lost. Maybe two messages. But if you have tried more than that and there has been no reply call, move on! Following up on what Paul said, you are most attractive to a business when you want to give that business your business - and your money. If follow up service is needed after a transaction is completed, and the money has changed hands, you are in a much weaker bargaining position. So, if the company won't call you back before you give it the money . . . .
Also, with any contract, if it will be to your benefit (like having living quarters completely quickly), put in a "time is of the essence" clause, and a completion date if that can be negotiated.

These folks are site sponsers that I highly recomend. They did great job on our trailer, are great to work with. I did something silly with my water pump, and they told me how to fix it over the phone.

I've personally communicated with these folks over emails. They are in Ozark,MO and I've seen their place. From what I've seen they do very nice interiors. They may be a little far for you to travel.I don't know how far you are to Indiana, but I can highly recommend Sierra Interiors as I have one in my trailer that I think is beautiful.

I have friends whose interior was done by the whinny cargo people, I have seen this trailer several times over a few years. It has continued to be simply stunning, sumptuous, and stately. On top of that, it is very well built and cleverly designed, and high quality. They are very very good at what they do. Never met em, not a personal plug, but definitely a recommendation without reservation.

Although we ended up buying an existing LQ trailer last year, we wanted Whinny Cargo to do one because the quality and appearance of their work is exceptional... however, when you see one of the $$$$$$$$$$ units they do, they also have a "to go" do-it-yourself package or less extravagant interiors available and they are really good people.
