In North Carolina. This was the only place I could find to stay. It looks nice but $20 per stall per night (and that doesn't include bedding) seems high to me.

We go there a couple times a year and the riding is great not difficult or challenging but the beauty is spectacular. You ride in Moses Cone Park which was a 20 room Mansion built about the turn of the century and his wife liked to ride in a carriage and he liked to ride a horse so he built 26 miles of carriage trails through his 3600 acres. You put your horse at the Blowing Rock arena (430 stalls) and you can camp on the grounds (only 45 campsites) be sure to call and make reservations. Some of the people that go with us stay in town at motels or B&B. Look it up on the website previously mentioned. All the trails are lined with Hemlocks,Sugar Maples, and Rhodadendrums(sp) and Mountain Laurels
