Hey!
We are headed to Zenith next weekend and I was wondering if they have fire pits or allow camp fires at your sites? Do we need to bring our own wood?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks and Happy trails to everyone!16

Hey Diamond Cut Cowboy, we too are headed to Zenith next week!  It is my first trip there and I am not sure about the camp fires right now.  Mainly because it has been so dry here in TN.  I will gladly pass on any info I find out.

Happy Trails!

Thanks, it has been dry here too in NC. Too dry! Everything is brown, that means a rough winter. Please let me know what you find out if we can have campfires so I will know what to pack.

We haven't been to Zenith since last fall. They did allow campfires at the campsites at that time. They also had firewood for sale and provided fire rings. Since there have been some employee changes I am not sure if they still provide wood for sale. I would be sure and call ahead of time to see if they have the wood for sale.

I am not sure what it is in that part of the state, but we are under a burn ban until we get some more rain.

Hey Cowboy,

I just spoke with someone at Zenith, (8/24/07) and he told me campfires are permitted and he does have firewood available.

Happy Trails!
